For those familiar with reformer Pilates, this intermediate-level class builds strength, alignment, and mobility through a therapeutic lens. In this small-group, you’ll get the attention your body needs to move well and feel better.

Most partners are told to “just be there”—but no one shows them how.
This integrative workshop is designed to give partners real, hands-on tools to support mom through pregnancy and labor. Guided by a pelvic floor physical therapist, chiropractor, and experienced doulas, you’ll learn practical comfort measures that reduce tension, improve positioning, and help create a more supported, connected birth experience. Because while partners may feel limited in those early newborn days—this is where they matter most.
Best for 28-36 weeks pregnant.
